WARNING! If you are organizing a "fake/tourist" conference please take following words of advice:
1. Accept papers only from people you know, e.g. you did previous collaboration with, or their students or co-workers.
2. Aim low! Smaller conferences of tightly packed groups and loyal clans are less prone to this kind of malicious hoaxes.
3. Outsource to forsaken countries (east europe, middle east or fly-over pat of United States are your best bet).
